This is a first shift, temp-to-hire fabricator position. The job consists of the construction of exterior signs and pays up to $16/hour DOQ.

The candidate’s job responsibilities will consist of welding, blueprint reading, inventory management, lettering and ensuring the artwork quality standards are met consistently.

• Engraver ($16-20+/hr DOQ — Blaine, MN location)

This is also a first shift, temp-to-hire job for engravers in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It pays from $16-20/hour DOQ.

This position consists of engraving acrylic and sign profile materials with a computerized rotary engraving machine. You will also develop and maintain CAD drawings using Gravostyle, set up and operate programs on CNC Router, inspect work for errors and schedule production of parts.

• CNC Operator ($15-18+/hr DOQ — Blaine, MN location)

The first shift, temp-to-hire CNC Operator job pays from $14-18/hour DOQ.

This position will have you cutting acrylic and sign profile materials with a CNC router, assisting in the assembly of products, developing and maintaining CAD drawings and using ArtPath and similar software.

• Vinyl Producer (Blaine, MN location)

The day shift, temp-to-hire Vinyl Producer job pays depending on the candidate’s qualifications.

This job requires the candidate to perform Graphtec vinyl cutting operation, coordinate production of orders and assist with graphic design requirements.

Candidates need experience with large format printing, including vinyl creation, and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and FlexSign. This position also requires strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to estimate work orders and meet production deadlines.

A graphic design degree and/or design experience is required for a candidate to be considered.
