STS Staffing, Inc. is currently looking for multiple motivated Retail/Reset Merchandisers to help supply reset merchandising support to one of our strongest clients in their Central Valley, West Valley, East Valley, North and South Arizona stores. This support has a focus on major grocery and liquor venues. Retail/Reset Merchandisers will be traveling to different locations throughout the week. They are provided weekly mile reimbursement for traveling expenses. The Retail/Reset Merchandisers are responsible for representing the client by effectively working in teams, as well as in solo work settings to perform reset work. They must possess good organizational and communication skills in order to complete the job in an effective and timely manner. The right candidate must be organized, punctual, focused, with a positive and energetic personality!!

Job Description:

Retail/Reset Merchandisers are responsible for effectively working in teams to perform reset work including but not limited to:

• Reading and implementation of plan-o-grams/schematics
• Date code checking for expiration
• Removing discontinued items and placement of new items
• Review shelf measurements for correct height and width
• Moving and cleaning shelves
• Installing/removing racks and shelves. (not all set requirements)
• Proper tagging of all merchandise
• Effectively work with web based applications to indicate work availability, check schedule for work assignments, receive work documentation and information via email, record work start and completion times, record work mileage and record work time and attendance.
• Able to lift boxes weighing 15-40 pounds
• Able to walk, stoop, kneel, pull, grasp and stand for long periods of time (min. of 8 hours)

Education/Experience: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in DSD retail and/or grocery chains is preferred but not required.
