STS Staffing is currently looking for General Warehouse Workers, Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, as well as a Forklift Operators for a number of HIGHLY ESTABLISHED clients in the Phoenix, AZ location. Our clients are not looking for day laborers!! Their goal is to find employees that they will PERMANENTLY bring into their company after they show excellent job performance and carry strong work values and reliance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Loading/unloading materials/ packages
• Picking and packing of materials/orders; pallet building
• Shipping, receiving and stocking materials/packages/orders
• Inventory control
• Keeping warehouse safe and clean from hazardous conditions
• Machine assembly/operation is a PLUS!
• Forklift operation is a PLUS!!!

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of one year working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Reliable means of transportation
• Flexibility if OT or change in schedule is needed (will be told ahead of time)
• Must be dependable, punctual and communicate well
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and keep organized
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to work on a team, as well as on solo projects
• Positive attitude with a desire to excel and gain a leadership position
• HS Diploma, GED, or a number of years of work-related experience
• Candidate must be able to walk, sit, bend, stoop, stand, and be capable of climbing stairs and ladders.
• Capable to lift up to 40 lbs.
