Take On Challenging Project-Based Work

Contract work is just another name for temporary employment. Many contract assignments are in technical fields and can be of a longer duration, depending upon the client and assignment offered. Often, the employer will want to keep contract staff on until the project is complete. As a temporary and contract staffing agency, we consider all applicants for both situations based on required skills and client need.

Work Full Time – 40+ Hours Per Week

Most of STS’s temporary positions offer full-time, regular hours, up to 40 hours per week. Many offer overtime hours as well. It’s also possible that the employer will offer you a full-time, permanent job if you make a great impression and show a strong work ethic while working at their company. While there are no guarantees, many STS clients have hired full-time staff from us over the years, and most started as temporary staff.

Is Part Time a Better Option for You?

Flexible part-time employment fits nicely into the lives of many people who need extra income or want the satisfaction that comes from working. Not everyone has the ability or interest in full-time work because of family, school or other commitments. If that describes you, STS employer partners sometimes need part-time workers for 20 hours per week or less. If you’re interested in earning a paycheck without a full-time commitment, check out our available jobs or get in touch.

Seasonal Might Be the Perfect Fit for You

STS offers many seasonal work opportunities in Reno/Sparks, NV, Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN or Nashville, TN. If you love working in nature and enjoy the outdoors, our seasonal employment agency can help you find a job as a lawn care crew member, horticulturist, greenhouse or nursery staff, landscaper, or exterior maintenance worker during the summer. In the winter, we offer snow removal jobs and holiday season retail assistant opportunities. Seasonal work positions like these are ideal for students on summer or holiday breaks, people looking for part-time work, or retirees interested in earning extra income.

Internships – Why Not Earn While You Learn?

Gain valuable hands-on experience in your field of choice. Whether you are on summer break from school or looking to get a jump start on your career, let our internship recruitment agency help show you the way.

It's About More Than Jobs. It's About Real Opportunity.

Temporary work is more accepted and widespread than ever. The best way to turn that temporary job into a full-time offer is by treating every assignment like a career position. When you interview for a job, you have an hour or less to make a great impression on the hiring manager. Temporary jobs give you the opportunity to showcase your skills and work ethic. Your manager will see that you get along with your co-workers, fit the corporate culture, and are willing to offer a helping hand. When a full-time job opens, chances are, their first choice will be to offer the job to someone they know and trust rather than starting over and taking a chance on a stranger.
