With the end of another successful year and the beginning of a new year already underway, I wanted to take the time to personally thank you and Team STS for helping Strom exceed our goals for 2016. While business is challenging in the current environment, our partnership with STS has proven invaluable in providing the edge we need to compete and be successful while making sure our clients continue to receive top rated service.

Choosing the right partner in these times is no easy task. Worthwhile partnerships transcend old models of price-only or alleged dollar advantage. today more than ever partnerships need to be flexible and communication between partners needs to be frequent and sincere. I believe that STS rises above all others in these metrics while delivering a fairly prices service which is on-time all of the time. STS has kept its promises, over-delivered and helped us out in pinches, both large and small, when timelines seemed unworkable for every other party.

We are pleased to enter 2017 with a strong partnership and I personally look forward to working together on the many project which are on the board in the coming months, I know you join me in our efforts to make 2017 the best year so far.

I’ve experienced two sides of STS Staffing. First, as an applicant for a direct placement position and second, as a client. I easily migrated from one relationship to the next because I knew how they treated their employees, having been there; and that speaks volumes about how they represent themselves internally and externally to their clients and community. They get it right-time and time again. This goes for every level of the client experience – from first hand shake to invoicing. Jon and his staff at STS have been great to work with. They are always very quick to meet our needs if we are ever in a pinch. Top Notch Service

As the primary staffing vendor for the Reno Cascade Designs facility STS Staffing provided top notch service and assisted with start up hiring for a brand new facility as well as peak season hiring, skilled placements, and on-going needs. By offering state of the art timekeeping and reporting options STS was able to save time and track spending for Cascade Designs while effectively managing hours for 3 shifts and a large volume of employees.

Providing Quality Candidates

Over the past year, STS Staffing has been able to provide quality candidates when we needed assistance during our peak season. In midst of a pandemic, the flexibility and communication they have exhibited during a trying time for all of us, has separated them from other employee assistance companies. This level of service is why we will continue to use STS Staffing for our employee assistance needs.

Attentive Customer Service

I began working with the STS team in the fall of 2019 to help fill staffing holes for our lawn/landscaping/snow removal business. What sets STS apart from the other staffing agencies I’ve worked with over the years is the attentive customer service provided by their office staff. All of their office staff communicate clearly and are natural problem solvers. They are able to consistently deliver quality candidates even with short notice. In the rare event that a candidate is not a good fit, they are generally able to quickly find a replacement. Utilizing temp employees often adds some stress to a manager’s day, but STS excels at keeping client stress levels at a minimum by conducting business as true professionals.

Extremely Important To Our Growth

GOLO, LLC has been working with STS Staffing and Temporary Services since March 1st, 2020. STS Staffing has been extremely important in our growth since opening up our Las Vegas distribution center. We are now up to 14 employees in our Las Vegas distribution center and 11 of them being STS temporary staff or direct hires through STS Staffing. From the beginning, Cindy Hagans and Tania Voskanian have taken the time to understand the type of candidate we are looking for at GOLO and have made perfect employee placements that have allowed our company to grow. Both Cindy and Tania are great to work with and are always quick to respond to our needs. As GOLO continues to grow in Las Vegas, I will continue to hire staff through STS Staffing.

My #1 Stop For Staffing Needs

I’m so delighted with our partnership with STS Staffing. We do project-based work, so I have used my fair share of temporary staffing. Michelle and Paul’s communication is well beyond anything I have received from other companies. Follow-up is quick and concise and when a temporary staff didn’t work out, instead of just replacing them, Paul did a quick check-in to see if we needed to change who/what we were looking for. The emphasis was on do we have the right people, not just do we have the right number of people. That is huge for how we run our business.

The care they have for their employees is evident as well. Michelle personally did a safety check on the first day we had people starting. She made sure everyone had what they needed, and were going to be in a safe environment and she knew exactly what they were going to be doing.

I have only been using STS Staffing for a few months, but they are going to be my number one stop for my staffing needs going forward.
