I’m so delighted with our partnership with STS Staffing. We do project-based work, so I have used my fair share of temporary staffing. Michelle and Paul’s communication is well beyond anything I have received from other companies. Follow-up is quick and concise and when a temporary staff didn’t work out, instead of just replacing them, Paul did a quick check-in to see if we needed to change who/what we were looking for. The emphasis was on do we have the right people, not just do we have the right number of people. That is huge for how we run our business.

The care they have for their employees is evident as well. Michelle personally did a safety check on the first day we had people starting. She made sure everyone had what they needed, and were going to be in a safe environment and she knew exactly what they were going to be doing.

I have only been using STS Staffing for a few months, but they are going to be my number one stop for my staffing needs going forward.

Coast to coast, STS Staffing has always met our events’ staffing needs with both laborers and security personnel. Being an international go-kart racing series, our needs for temporary staffing are very unique. STS has taken the time to get to know our needs and work with us to develop a plan for temporary workers that fits our needs completely over the event. In addition to just providing personnel, STS’s on-site management made sure the assignments the workers were given were completed on-time and as we asked; this allowed me to focus our people on tasks that were more specific to our event. Attentive Customer Service

I began working with the STS team in the fall of 2019 to help fill staffing holes for our lawn/landscaping/snow removal business. What sets STS apart from the other staffing agencies I’ve worked with over the years is the attentive customer service provided by their office staff. All of their office staff communicate clearly and are natural problem solvers. They are able to consistently deliver quality candidates even with short notice. In the rare event that a candidate is not a good fit, they are generally able to quickly find a replacement. Utilizing temp employees often adds some stress to a manager’s day, but STS excels at keeping client stress levels at a minimum by conducting business as true professionals.

Being a new business owner has plenty of hurdles and challenges, but utilizing STS Staffing’s services has not been one of them. The relationship agreement is clear and. concise, and roles were properly conveyed. The process of having a temporary staff member couldn’t be smoother or take less time from an administration standpoint. Flexibility & Communication

STS Staffing has been able to provide quality candidates when we needed assistance during our peak season(s) and throughout the year for staffing needs in our Phoenix warehouse. During the pandemic, the flexibility and communication back and forth have helped us meet our customer demands. Extremely Important To Our Growth

GOLO, LLC has been working with STS Staffing and Temporary Services since March 1st, 2020. STS Staffing has been extremely important in our growth since opening up our Las Vegas distribution center. We are now up to 14 employees in our Las Vegas distribution center and 11 of them being STS temporary staff or direct hires through STS Staffing.
