Attentive Customer Service

I began working with the STS team in the fall of 2019 to help fill staffing holes for our lawn/landscaping/snow removal business. What sets STS apart from the other staffing agencies I’ve worked with over the years is the attentive customer service provided by their office staff. All of their office staff communicate clearly and are natural problem solvers. They are able to consistently deliver quality candidates even with short notice. In the rare event that a candidate is not a good fit, they are generally able to quickly find a replacement. Utilizing temp employees often adds some stress to a manager’s day, but STS excels at keeping client stress levels at a minimum by conducting business as true professionals.

They get it right

I’ve experienced two sides of STS Staffing. First, as an applicant for a direct placement position and second, as a client. I easily migrated from one relationship to the next because I knew how they treated their employees, having been there; and that speaks volumes about how they represent themselves internally and externally to their clients and community. They get it right-time and time again. This goes for every level of the client experience – from first hand shake to invoicing. These are the people that I want to do business with, and continue to do business with! After ten years (wow!), I feel I’m a good judge of their character.

I have been impressed with Sheryl and her Las Vegas staff from day one and I have been using STS Staffing exclusively for more than 5 years. Coast to coast, STS Staffing has always met our events’ staffing needs with both laborers and security personnel. Being an international go-kart racing series, our needs for temporary staffing are very unique. STS has taken the time to get to know our needs and work with us to develop a plan for temporary workers that fits our needs completely over the event. In addition to just providing personnel, STS’s on-site management made sure the assignments the workers were given were completed on-time and as we asked; this allowed me to focus our people on tasks that were more specific to our event. STS will be our staffing solution partner for the foreseeable future!

With the end of another successful year and the beginning of a new year already underway, I wanted to take the time to personally thank you and Team STS for helping Strom exceed our goals for 2016. While business is challenging in the current environment, our partnership with STS has proven invaluable in providing the edge we need to compete and be successful while making sure our clients continue to receive top rated service.

Choosing the right partner in these times is no easy task. Worthwhile partnerships transcend old models of price-only or alleged dollar advantage. today more than ever partnerships need to be flexible and communication between partners needs to be frequent and sincere. I believe that STS rises above all others in these metrics while delivering a fairly prices service which is on-time all of the time. STS has kept its promises, over-delivered and helped us out in pinches, both large and small, when timelines seemed unworkable for every other party.

We are pleased to enter 2017 with a strong partnership and I personally look forward to working together on the many project which are on the board in the coming months, I know you join me in our efforts to make 2017 the best year so far.

Being a new business owner has plenty of hurdles and challenges, but utilizing STS Staffing’s services has not been one of them. The relationship agreement is clear and. concise, and roles were properly conveyed. My #1 Stop For Staffing Needs

I’m so delighted with our partnership with STS Staffing. We do project-based work, so I have used my fair share of temporary staffing. Michelle and Paul’s communication is well beyond anything I have received from other companies. Follow-up is quick and concise and when a temporary staff didn’t work out, instead of just replacing them, Paul did a quick check-in to see if we needed to change who/what we were looking for. The emphasis was on do we have the right people, not just do we have the right number of people. That is huge for how we run our business.

The care they have for their employees is evident as well. Michelle personally did a safety check on the first day we had people starting. She made sure everyone had what they needed, and were going to be in a safe environment and she knew exactly what they were going to be doing.

I have only been using STS Staffing for a few months, but they are going to be my number one stop for my staffing needs going forward.

Quick To Meet Needs

Jon and his staff at STS have been great to work with. They are always very quick to meet our needs if we are ever in a pinch. On multiple occasions, I have contacted Jon looking for someone to start the next day and he has always made it happen. Even on short notice, they are still able to provide high quality employees that are punctual, hardworking, respectful, and reliable. You can really tell they do their homework to find the right people for each job. I would highly recommend STS for whatever staffing needs you may have in the future.
