Continuing to Grow and Learn
I started working with STS Staffing in June of 2016 at a company called Quaale Enterprises. My first position here was working as a hauler doing general labor on demolition projects. Primarily, I carried debris from the job site to the dump truck. I worked hard, arrived on time and proved to the company that I was a reliable worker. After 3 or 4 weeks, I was allowed to get more involved in the demolition part of the job, where we were tearing out bathrooms and kitchens before remodeling. I continued to learn a lot while working, and eventually, I was hired on as a permanent employee. After seven months, I have continued to learn and grow with the company. Currently, I am the Foreman running my own job sites and supervising our employees. Before this job, I worked on a lot of assignments with STS Staffing located in Minnetonka.
